Requirements:

• Very good knowledge in Web services, Spring, Hibernate and Oracle.
• Experience with the Websphere application server as well as IIS application server is desired
• Ideally the candidate has had exposure to the Microsoft Workflow foundation.
• Command of the English language is required, German is a plus.
• Be an enthusiastic and highly motivated hands on personality
• Banking knowledge would be a plus

The product is a complex solution to allow the operator to control the energy supply and distribution.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding the needs in complex automation and dispatching systems of electricity distribution.
• Manage a team of 5-7 software engineers of varying skill levels
• Communicate daily with customer’s representatives to understand customer’s business needs, make resource planning for several projects.
• Become the key liaison with customer to precise project’s scope, requirements and schedule.
• Elaborate estimations, proposals
• Day-by-day project monitoring and control. Provide regular project’s reporting
• Managing distributed teams
• Proactively recommend process, tool, and development methodology improvements.
Actively mentor software engineers to help them progress in their careers
Requirements:
