4. Strong communication skills and ability to translate highly complex technical issues to non-technical audience 3 years
5. Solid understanding of object-oriented design and development 3 years
6. Readiness for business trips to the US (about 1-2 weeks long each, several trips per year) 3 years

- Working understanding of UNIX/Solaris/Linux including shell/perl scripts
